Group: Survey Feedback

We conducted a survey to find out what our target audience thought of our opening sequence plan and the supernatural horror genre itself. We created the questionnaire on www.surveymonkey.com, sending a few to people online and handing the majority out on paper. We managed to receive 50 replies from the survey and here are our results:

Question 1:

The majority of people thought that our opening was scary. No one thought it was boring which was good feedback. It meant that me managed to engage out audience and keep them interested.

It was essential that our narrative was understandable. Luckily majority of our audience clearly understood the plot and found it engaging.

Every person we asked said that they were captivated enough to continue watching.

WHAT WHERE THE LAST 2 HORROR FILMS THAT YOU WATCHED?

Our mistake was that we asked quite a few people who didn't enjoy horror films meaning that quite a lot of people couldn't remember what the last two films were. Those who did, supernatural horror was the most common and popular sub-genre choice.
